terrine, white meats, goat cheese, apricot tart.
WINEMAKER COMMENTS: Crystalline color with pale green
reflections. Its clean nose on the
fresh fruit gives way to a rich
and ample palate with a nice
balance between suppleness and
liveliness. Crunchy Fruits. Very
beautiful aromatic persistence.
