Grape Variety :White Sauvignon / Sémillon
Vinification: Largely from Sauvignon Blanc; an early variety, it is vinified at a
low temperature after direct pressing and delicate decanting. The
alcoholic fermentation is carried out «under wood» to develop its
aromatic complexity and its fat.
Peak Drinking: Enjoyable on release
Food Match: Will be appreciated both as an aperitif and on grilled fish (monkfish,
salmon), shellfish or still hard cheeses
WINEMAKER COMMENTS: Pale yellow color with green
reflections. Stylish nose with floral
notes accompanying a very distinct
wildflower aroma. On the palate,
beautiful fresh and aromatic attack
ending on the fleshy.
